What else is included?

Are there any special requirements?
There are no special requirements. There is nothing to install and you don’t need any technical know-how for setting up and using mailparser.io. No coding is required.
Can I change plans any time?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Once you changed your plan, the monthly payments will automatically be adjusted with the next billing cycle. If you upgrade, you can use the additional quota right away.
How does the free subscription work?
It’s simple – you create a free subscription which you can use for as long as you like. You have access to all functions with our free subscription and are only limited to mailbox count and emailed parsed monthly. To prevent us from accumulating a landfill of unused accounts, we will send you a clickable link every 30 days to keep your subscription active. If you decide that mailparser.io is not the right tool for you, you just stop using it.
What is your data retention policy?
By default we store your data for 30 days. You can define how long we store your data inside the inbox settings, you can choose a value between 5 minutes and 60 days.
Can I import a batch of old emails?
Absolutely! All you need to do is to export your emails as .eml files. You can then upload them directly in our app and they will get processed right away. Just contact us and we will guide you through the process.
Can I cancel any time?
All subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Once cancelled, your subscription will automatically be terminated by the end of the current billing cycle and no more payments will be due.
