We are looking for a remote individual with SaaS application support experience to help shoulder a growing need for customer support on our HelpScout desk. is a leading workflow automation solution, counted on by thousands of businesses around the Globe. We save clients time & money, while improving accuracy and delivering structured data for countless use-cases.

This is a part-time role (~15 hours per week) with potential for full time growth, the selected individual will be involved in:

  • Front-line technical support via email
  • Outbound sales responses via phone
  • Escalation of more complex issues to Sr. Support team

The requirements for this part time position are:

  • Experience in a customer-facing customer success or account management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Good technical understanding of today’s web technology stack
  • English Native or Bilingual (Written and Spoken)
  • Available during US business hours
  • SaaS experience is a benefit
  • Reliable Internet connection – 10/mbps dedicated line (minimum)

Hourly rate is dependent upon experience.
