mailparser.io is seeking a Remote Support Analyst
mailparser.io is growing! Thus, adding additional talent to our core team. We are looking for a remote individual with SaaS application support experience to help shoulder a growing need for customer support on our HelpScout desk.
mailparser.io is a leading workflow automation solution, counted on by thousands of businesses around the Globe. We save clients time & money, while improving accuracy and delivering structured data for countless use-cases.
This is a part-time role (~15 hours per week) with potential for full time growth, the selected individual will be involved in:
- Front-line technical support via email
- Outbound sales responses via phone
- Escalation of more complex issues to Sr. Support team
The requirements for this part time position are:
- Experience in a customer-facing customer success or account management
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Good technical understanding of today’s web technology stack
- English Native or Bilingual (Written and Spoken)
- Available during US business hours
- SaaS experience is a benefit
- Reliable Internet connection – 10/mbps dedicated line (minimum)
Hourly rate is dependent upon experience.
